Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your Mokssh subscription at any time from the app under Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to your plan features until that date.

After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your vault data, will, and family configurations are retained for 12 months, after which they are deleted.

2. Refunds

Mokssh subscriptions are billed monthly. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months.

However, we will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• You are charged after a cancellation request that was properly submitted
• A technical error on our platform results in an incorrect charge
• You cancel within 48 hours of your first subscription payment (new subscribers only)

3. How to request a refund

Email support@mokssh.in with subject "Refund Request" within 7 days of the charge. Include your registered mobile number and the transaction ID from Razorpay. We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Defence Gold

Defence Gold is provided free of charge. There are no payments or refunds applicable to Defence Gold accounts.
