By accessing or using the Mokssh platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Mokssh.
Mokssh is a family financial planning platform operated by Ewig Fintech Pvt. Ltd. The platform provides insurance vault management, Smart Alerts, digital will creation, PF tracking, investment tracking, income tax assistance, UPI payments, AI advisory services, and family access management.
Mokssh is not a registered insurance company, broker, or investment advisor. We are a technology platform that aggregates and organises your existing financial information. For specific financial, legal, or insurance advice, consult a licensed professional.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use Mokssh. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Mokssh offers Free, Silver (₹199/month), and Gold (₹299/month) plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Defence Gold is provided free of charge to eligible armed forces personnel and veterans upon SPARSH verification.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Smart Alerts shares your financial information with nominated family members when inactivity is detected. By configuring Smart Alerts, you explicitly consent to this sharing. You may cancel a triggered alert within 12 hours via the cancellation link sent to your mobile number. Ewig Fintech is not liable for any claims arising from the receipt or use of Smart Alerts data by your nominated contacts.
Mokssh facilitates the creation of a digital will using Aadhaar eSign. A will created on Mokssh carries the same legal validity as a handwritten will under the Indian Succession Act, 1925, when properly executed and signed. However, we recommend consulting a legal professional for complex estates or properties. Mokssh is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

The Mokssh name, The Continuum mark, and all platform content are the intellectual property of Ewig Fintech Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ewig Fintech's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of Mokssh shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
